Finding the right counsellor can be difficult. I recognize that the right fit is vital to doing great therapeutic work, therefore I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation either over the phone or by video. This initial consultation is not a counselling session but rather is considered an introduction where you can ask questions and I can provide you with further information about counselling.

  • When legal requirements demand that confidential material be revealed (court ordered), in which case the client would be notified prior to the release of information.
